This sessionable red ale is named after a beautiful female deer (pronounced ‘Sy-ve’) which morphed into the wife of the legendary warrior Fionn. Irish red deer have a long association with feasting, drinking and celebrations. This red ale gives aroma of lightly roasted toffee and caramel, with a nutty bready flavour and light bitterness, smooth and balanced with a light body and slightly dry finish.
